I would appreciate the change of font size only in the app, not global changes for the phone, like many suggested +/- button or settings somewhere, preferably on the reading screen.

Hi August Brandon - To enlarge the font size, this can be done by going to your iPhone Settings menu > Display & Brightness > Text Size or in your android phone Settings menu, go to Accessibility > Text and display > Font size.
