Unable to continue life study, when I press the app to begin, screen is blank and it also says no reading for today during the week when I’m scheduled to.
And I’m not on a tablet, I’m using the same iPhone.

Bonnie Aparicio sorry to hear about this. Do you remember which version/build you've been using (if it's the current app store version)? Did you have automatic backup turned on? If so you can try reinstall the app then Import your overall progress (in the More tab), but you'll have to remake your schedule(s). Please let us know if this helps.

I've tried exporting the log file from the old device and importing it to my new one. Did not work wither. Deleted the App from the new device and reinstalled it. It work3d! Thanks.

Hi Siong Tay Tor can you elaborate on the issue? Are you not able to install the app on your iPad or unable to see your schedule made on another device? If the latter, that is the current behavior since we do not have a multi-device sync feature yet. Therefore, you will need to remake your schedule. However, you can Export your overall progress from the old device, then Import it to your new device, in the More tab.
