Reading on ministrybooks.org does not tell when to stop

When I do my daily reading on ministrybooks.org, it does not tell me when my daily reading ends. I had to read on the app to know when to stop. It happened on on Ephesians and again yesterday on Philippians.

I just started Romans on ministry books.org and the green vertical line on the left side of the page continues past the end paragraph for the daily reading. This happened to me throughout Hebrews too.

This started happening awhile ago. First it happened only when the reading ended at the end of a life-study. Then it began happening every time and continues to happen every time. I describe the problem in case it is different from what is meant by the title. The line in the left margin stops. Thus it is clear where the reading ends. However the checkmark and the choice to mark finished, or save and continue do not appear. Thus it is not possible to record progress. My device: Android 16, OneUI 8.0, Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, Model SM-A156U1/DS. Your app 2.2.0, 5037. It happened in previous versions of Android, and OneUI too. Perhaps also previous versions of your app. I don't remember.
The above is on the website without an account. It works fine in the app.

This problem has been marked complete, but it is re-occurring again. It does not tell me when to stop on ministrybooks.org. Have to read on the app.

DC. It happened one time a couple of weeks ago, but hasn’t happened again. But this issue is a sporadic issue so I’m not sure if it’s fixed or otherwise.

I am on iOS 17.7. It doesn’t always happen. But it happened today in my reading. The first photo is the reading in the app. It tells me my reading is complete for the day. The 2nd photo is from ministry books. No indication that my reading is complete.

DC No. I tried navigate to 2 pages after and it still doesn’t show the end. This only happens sporadically, not every time.

Charlene Hsiao Thanks for letting us know. If you are able to give us steps that can reproduce this error every time, that would be very helpful. It may be an issue with how the app is communicating with MB.org. We may need the MB.org team to look into this since nothing has changed on the app side related to this feature.
