Messages aren’t loading

When I try to start my daily reading the messages aren’t loading at all. The circular icon goes on and on ‘forever’ without loading the message. I have been unable to read anything for a couple weeks now almost.

JC sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm the version/build you are using (at the bottom of the More page), and the device you are using? Also, if you can give us the exact steps (taps) you do to reproduce this issue, and any relevant screenshots, that would be helpful. Thank you!

DC hi. I’m using iOS 18.6.2. But I am no longer having the issue. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling. I didn’t want to do that at first because I was afraid it would lose my information. But I used the export data option and it worked. It’s been working well again. Thank you.
