Can’t use my credentials

I still not able to log in with my credentials, I pay an annual fee, I have reinstalled app to no avail. Can I please get some kind of response, I have still not gotten a response since two weeks ago.

Hi Fernando, if you are unable to log in to ministrybooks.org using your phone's browser (not through the 500LS app), please contact the ministrybooks support directly (https://www.ministrybooks.org/help/support/). If you are unable to log in ONLY via the 500LS app, are you getting stuck on the Cloudflare verification or something else? If it's a Cloudflare issue, we are working on a solution now and will hopefully resolve it in the next app release.
