Cannot use the app to login in to ministrybooks.org

I have checked and re-checked that I entered my username and password correctly many times now, but I cannot log into ministrybooks.org via the app. I receive the message, “Invalid username or password provided.” I can log onto the website by itself though without any trouble, just not through the app.

Hi. I am experiencing the same issue on the 16th of Sep 2023 in South Africa, yet it is marked as resolved above. Could it be that ot is an issue again?

Hendrik Young: Hi, are you able to log in using a web browser (i.e. outside of the app) using your credentials? Sometimes ministrybooks.org can be down. Let us know if you are still having this issue. Thanks!

Hendrik Young: Could you also confirm which version and build of the app you are using? Go to the More tab and the version and build number are displayed there. Also, which device are you using? Thank you.

SL: hi Guys. The above has been resolved. I reregistered an account with Ministrybooks.org and then logged in.

Hi Emily Reyes, if the "Invalid username or password provided" message is displayed, we recommend resetting the password and try again. There are two ways to log into ministrybooks.org via the app. 1) under "More" and tap "Save ministrybooks.org login" 2) tap Start Reading and tap "On ministrybooks.org"

PK: Thank you for the reply. I have reset my password twice now and still receive the same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no changes. My username has the symbol & in it and I am wondering if the app doesn’t support that symbol for the username field.🤔 I have logged into the ministry books website and have not found a way to change my username. I am using version 1.1 Build 1433.
