App Keeps Freezing

The app on my phone keeps freezing which means I cannot do or see anything, except close the app. It is not fixed after I reopen it. I even shut down my phone hoping it would resolve the problem, but no luck. The app is rendered useless.

You can find the version/build at the bottom of the More page. Also, if you can describe what you mean by "keeps freezing" like at what screen(s), that would also be helpful for us. Thank you!
