App is freezing

I went to read the portion for the day and while the app was loading, I may have interrupted the process of the app initializing by pressing a feature button in the app, then the app froze. I tried force closing the app, and resetting my phone to no avail. I would get a blank screen with only the number on top of the messages I had already read. I deleted and reinstalled the app which solved the issue, only for it to happen again.

I’m not sure the version of the app since no buttons currently work while in the app. When I swipe downward in the app, I see a wheel spinning like it’s about to do something but it just keeps spinning, but no buttons or options work.
I have iOS 18.1.1 on a 14 pro max.
When I opened up the app last week, while the app was initializing, I’m not sure what I pressed on the screen that in my opinion, interrupted the process and made the app freeze. This has never happened before in the year or more that I’ve used it.
Then much to my dismay when I uninstalled the app it lost my progress.
When I reinstalled it and created a new schedule, it worked again but froze shortly thereafter.

David I'm sorry to hear that. If you uninstall and reinstall the app again, please look at the More page for the version/build and try to recreate the issue and let us know the steps. Going forward, you may also consider enabling the auto backup option in More. We are working on an auto sync feature for the future that will be more seamless but this may take some time.
